Return Policy

At Kasraz, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a one-week return window for any unopened and untouched rugs. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damaged Product Policy

If you receive a damaged product, please report it to us within one week of delivery. Contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the damage.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund. Please ensure all reports are made within 7 days to qualify for a claim.
